My 1st original colored portrait painting.
This is of my mother btw. She's beautiful.
Now I'm gonna tear it apart.
- I was too lazy to match the correct skin tone colors (it looks too red)
- I didn't bother with the elaborate texture of her shirt ('cause it was very complicated)
- The picture in the bg could have had more detail (that was a picture of my mother when she was in elementary school)
- and the arm on the left is weird looking (even though it's partically covered by the book)
With that being said, I'm pretty proud of it overall 'cause it was my first attempt.
I worked on it for a long time too...
And I had no idea what to title it.
Done with acrylic paint on canvas board.
